You need to provide us your information such as valid email address, contact number, your query or instructions about the work, NID copy, Trade License copy and any other document or information that may be required for the work purpose. Information requirement will depend on the type of work and may vary from time to time. Your order will be accepted when you receive confirmation from us, and it will depend on the whether information provided by you meet the required criteria. For deals and transactions having separate agreement between customer (you) and BMIT Solutions Ltd., that specific agreement will prevail over and along with the terms mentioned here.
Advance payment is required for availing our service, and in some cases payment has to be given at the time of receiving service or at the time of completion service, depending on specific agreement made. Payment and delivery terms will be as per mutual agreement that will be made based on final negotiated business deal between customer (you) and BMIT Solutions Ltd.
We deliver the services as per service level agreement (SLA) with you. Delivery of our service will be within agreed delivery time, unless any adverse situation arise and in such situations, we try to keep our customers or clients notified of any such delays. If the delay in delivery is unacceptable to you, you will be entitled to cancel the order if mutually agreed.
Customer service is available 24/7 via phone and online through single point of contact, if required from your end during negotiation and if mutually agreed for any of the services. Online customer service includes email and social media such as Facebook.
On call support for technical support and troubleshooting assistance via visit to your site or your visit to our operation address is available from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm five days in a week (Sunday-Thursday) except Public holidays. It includes functional business support to the user through a single point of contact. For Site Visit, Transportation, Accommodation and Food Costs has to be borne by customer.
In case of any concern or dispute, we recommend that you contact us. We will try to solve the issue with mutual arbitration and discussion with an aim for a win-win situation and within the scope of our agreed terms. BMIT Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to cancel order or not to accept any order requested and notify you, if it requires, due to unavailability of the service at that moment, any unforeseeable force majeure, or if you do not meet our criteria and terms.
BMIT Solutions Ltd. shall have the right to disconnect, suspend or bar any of the service it is providing to customer under this Terms if customer does any violation of any legal and regulatory requirement of the land or violates the law of the land or gives false information and/or changes the given information.
Any valid refund or return request will be agreed by both the party. In case of return and refund, 7 to 15 working days will be applicable. Charges will be applicable for refund due to change of mind or without any legitimate reason. The customer shall indemnify, compensate and hold BMIT Solutions Ltd. harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, claims, penalties, actions, judgments, suits, costs, expenses and disbursements (including any third party claim) which may be incurred by BMIT Solutions Ltd. as a result of breach of any Term and Condition herein by the aforementioned customer.
