If you are not satisfied with our service, you can contact our support team so that we can rectify and improve our service. If the problem cannot be solved and you are dissatisfied with the service, and if mutually agreed, we will refund within 30 days. Please note that in case of refund, evaluation of service must be within agreed service terms and criteria and has to be mutually agreed. No refunds will be made in case of termination or hold of service because you violated our agreed Terms and Conditions or Standard Usage Practice, unless expressly stated in those provisions. This does not however withhold you from your legal rights of the country. Credit against your account cannot be refunded and has to be used for purchases and renewals. If eligible for refund, electronic fund transfer will be done for refund; no cash refund.

Our preferred refund method as per information given in the below table, and it is applicable only for our bulk SMS service Just SMS.

Refunds are not permissible for the following:

  • Payment gateway charges.
  • Payment processing charge such as Clearing Cheque, Swift Inward Remittance, Intercity Online Transaction Fee, Settlement Charges, etc.
  • Setup cost like registration charge, if any.
  • VAT, SD and Surcharge, and Tax, applicable as per Government policy.
  • Change of mind without legitimate reason and exceeding acceptable timeframe which is 07 working days.
  • Unused credits after expiry of validity.
